What this site collects, and why

This site sets no cookies. It stores what you type into its forms, and it counts visits without identifying anyone.

Who is responsible

The controller is PHYNTEC SAS, 14 rue du Terrage, 75010 Paris, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@phyntec.io.

Forms

  • Contact form: name, email, company, subject and message. Purpose: to answer you. Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before any contract (GDPR article 6.1.b) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Kept for 12 months after our last exchange.
  • Academy notification: your email, the course you chose, and the time you gave consent. Purpose: one email when the catalogue opens. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to contact@phyntec.io. Deleted once the notification is sent or when you withdraw.
  • Team seat request: name, email, organisation, number of seats and message. Purpose: to send an invoice proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request. Kept for 12 months, or for the life of the contract if one follows.
  • Meeting request: name, email, organisation, the days you chose and message. Purpose: to confirm a slot at the event. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request. Deleted three months after the event.

Who processes it for us

  • Vercel Inc., United States: hosts the site and sees the technical data of every request, including your IP address, in its logs for a short period. Vercel's EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and standard contractual clauses cover the transfer.
  • Resend Inc., United States: delivers the form notifications and acknowledgement emails. Standard contractual clauses cover the transfer.
  • Vercel Web Analytics: counts page views without cookies or a persistent identifier. It does not need your consent under the CNIL guidelines.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to contact@phyntec.io; we answer within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr.

A theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser's local storage when you choose one. It identifies nothing and is not sent to us.
